Available methods
Eligible items may offer carrier shipping, local pickup, local delivery, or a quoted specialty method. The method shown or confirmed for the specific item controls.
Processing and estimates
Processing and transit estimates begin after payment clears and all address or scheduling details are complete. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier, weather, access, and item-specific delays can occur.
Packing and charges
Shipping, insurance, signature, specialty packing, and delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment. Combined shipping is offered only when it is safe and practical.
Address and pickup responsibility
Customers are responsible for a complete delivery address and for arriving within an agreed pickup window with suitable help, vehicle, restraints, and protection unless paid delivery includes those services.
Damage or loss
Photograph the package and item before discarding packing materials. Report visible damage or missing contents to [email protected] within 3 calendar days of delivery so a carrier claim can be evaluated.
Restricted items
We do not ship an item when law, carrier rules, condition, size, material, or safety makes shipment inappropriate. A sale may be limited to local pickup or canceled and refunded if safe fulfillment is not available.
